TMC loves to travel when called to perform internationally. Every few years or so, we embark upon a mission trip to spread God’s message through the power of music. We fundraise corporately and individually to send a full team of singers and musicians abroad to perform and serve where God calls us.

The TMC Youth Scholarship Fund provides financial support to students enrolled in post-secondary education who are actively engaged in improving their community. Open to students between the ages of 17-25, all applicants must be enrolled as a full-time student at an accredited post-secondary institution in Ontario. Each year, a lucky applicant is awarded a scholarship that can go towards tuition or other student fees.  Watch tmc.ca for announcements of application deadlines.

Over the years, the Toronto Mass Choir has taken pleasure in offering gospel music workshops that are accessible and open to those who want to learn more about gospel music.  This has taken the form of a multi-day workshop called ‘PowerUp Gospel’, which ran for 20 consecutive years.  Additioal workshops are often presented in connection to concerts, preceding showtime, to give attendees the opportunity to sing ‘in concert’ with the choir.  More recently, TMC has been offering an event called ‘Freedom Friday’ which offers participants the opportunity to learn to sing gospel music in a large group setting.  Fun for the whole family!

TMC’s vision is to create and perform gospel music that will draw all people into the awesome presence of God. Committed to supporting local singers and musicians, TMC has put together a team of people committed to music ministry excellence. Their newest album, “Hymns Alive”, pays tribute to these beloved songs through gospel choir arrangements as only TMC can! TMC has produced quality CDs and print music for many of their original arrangements so that audience members can take the music home!  TMC continues to create, perform, and teach music that shares the Gospel.
